Carpet Cleaning

This process is our most commonly used. We use a truck mount machine to provide the best results you can get. We start with a pre-spray mixed with 3 products that we apply to the area being cleaned. Once the areas are sprayed, we bring in our vacuum line to start the cleaning. We also turn on a final rinse to drop the PH to a neutral state. When we start cleaning we usually run 300 to 400 psi out of the wand & also our water gets up to 230 degrees, which helps to break down the dirt/grime deep in your carpets. 

Portable Extraction is the same process to hot water extraction but just with a smaller machine. These machines have less vacuum & can't heat the water as well as a truck mount unit. They are only used if we can not reach the areas with our hoses from the truck.

This Method is used mainly as a maintenance program in commercial jobs. There are many types of encapsulation machines, but the process is very similar. Our machine has a chemical tank that we use to apply our solution as we go. We then have 2 stiffed bristled brushes that spin to agitate the solution into the carpet. The solutions job is to surround the soil particulate & crystallize it. After you are done, we would recommend the areas to be vacuumed to removed the encapsulated particulates.

We do a fiber test to ensure we use the right method & product. The area rugs are cleaned right here in our shop, where we have an area set up specifically for them!
